Growing up on a farm in rural Suffolk, I was raised in an entrepreneurial family and saw first-hand how land could be transformed into something truly special. From an early age, I watched our family campsite grow into a much-loved destination — and that experience gave me a deep appreciation for the opportunities hidden within the English countryside.

At Rushbanks Properties, we now look to unlock the potential of land across Suffolk, Essex, and Kent – whether through glamping sites, small-scale housing, or innovative rural developments. We understand the sensitivities of planning and the importance of creating spaces that respect their surroundings while delivering lasting value.
